PG-555 is a 20 mil (0.020in or 0.5mm) matte white high-impact polystyrene HIPS sheet. High impact polystyrene (HIPS) is one of the most versatile thermoplastic materials, and can be formed, die-cut, fabricated, and printed. PG-555 is a lightweight, cost-effective plastic sheet designed for screen-printed applications, and it has the benefits of having impact strength, heat resistance, is machinable, cost-effective, and thermoformable. This product can be used in screen printing and UV-curable printing. Printing on it produces a sharp, vibrant image designed to last. Common applications for PG-555 include: indoor signage and graphics, packaging prototypes and models, stencils and templates, lightweight protective indoor barriers, crafts and hobby projects, automotive panels and parts, toys and toy models, packaging inserts, electrical components, kick plates, refrigeration parts, and POP materials and displays. Not recommended for prolonged outdoor use.
