PG-558 is a 60 mil (0.060in or 1.5mm) matte white high-impact polystyrene HIPS sheet. High-impact polystyrene (HIPS) is one of the most versatile thermoplastic materials, and can be formed, die-cut, fabricated, and printed. PG-558 is a lightweight, cost-effective plastic sheet designed for screen-printed applications, and it has the benefits of having impact strength, heat resistance, is machinable, cost-effective, and thermoformable. This product can be used in screen printing and UV-curable printing. Printing on it produces a sharp, vibrant image designed to last. Common applications for PG-558 include: semi-rigid indoor signage, reusable templates or stencils, thicker tags/cards/panels, and POP/retail signage. Not recommended for prolonged outdoor use.
