PG-556 is a 30 mil (0.030in or 0.76mm) matte white high-impact polystyrene HIPS sheet. High impact polystyrene (HIPS) is one of the most versatile thermoplastic materials, and can be formed, die-cut, fabricated, and printed. PG-556 is a lightweight, cost-effective plastic sheet designed for screen-printed applications, and it has the benefits of having impact strength, heat resistance, is machinable, cost-effective, and thermoformable. This product can be used in screen printing and UV-curable printing. Printing on it produces a sharp, vibrant image designed to last. Common applications for PG-556 include: POP/retail signs, aisle signs, hanging signs, menu boards, custom thermoformed packaging, trays, reusable tags, prototyping and templates, binder inserts or displays, and other general signage. Not recommended for prolonged outdoor use.
