PG-448 clear laminate is a 2.0 mil ultra-matte cast film with a clear solvent adhesive on a 74# liner. This conformable laminate provides graphic protection from UV exposure, moisture, and abrasion with a pure matte finish. PG-448 is specifically engineered for full vehicle wraps, partial wraps, fleet graphics as well as long-term applications where a high-quality cast laminate is required. This is a full wrap laminate that can be used for complex curves, deep channels, rivets, and false windows on commercial vans. This is a cold laminating film, however you may use up to 115℉ (heat assist) to help the adhesive flow out in certain situations. Anything higher may cause the vinyl to stretch. Consider pairing this laminate with one of the following vinyl films: PG-038 or PG-032.
