2.4mil Gloss White Calendered Vinyl Gray Repositionable Adhesive (#032)

PG-032 is a premium 2.4 mil calendered gloss white vinyl with a gray permanent repositionable acrylic adhesive on an air-egress liner. This product can be used in solvent, eco-solvent, latex, UV-curable, screen, and offset UV-curable wide format digital printing. The repositionable gray long-term removable adhesive delivers excellent opacity for color blocking possible substrate bleed through. PG-032 is a 2.4 mil calendered gloss white vinyl digital media that is specifically engineered for use in most vehicle wrap and decal applications. The air egress layflat liner allows for good lay-flat and air-free application. Note that PG-032 works best with simple to moderate curves. It is a polymeric calendered vinyl, and thus is not meant for complex curves. A cast film such as our PG-038 is better suited for vehicles with complex curves and deep recesses. This vinyl film is designed to be applied to corrugations, riveted surfaces, flat and slight to moderate curves. Consider using PG-032 on vans, trucks, sedans, fleet, and recreational vehicles.
