PG-162 is a 6.0 mil perforated high performance clear vinyl film with a clear low tack repositionable removable solvent acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive designed for interior/inside mounted one way view-through window graphics. This window perf can be used in solvent, eco-solvent, latex, UV-curable, screen, and offset UV-curable wide format digital printing. The dual layflat liner construction, perforated/solid liner, offers good dimensional stability in a variety of ambient conditions. The adhesive is designed to cleanly remove from glass with little to no adhesive residue. Note that PG-162 is considered an interior mounting product only. Some common applications include: temporary storefront window graphics for view-through graphics where exterior mounted graphics are prohibited or in high-traffic areas where graphic tampering and vandalism is a concern. If you intend to use this 60/40 window perf on vehicle windows, make sure to comply with local regulations regarding minimum light transmission. Please note that when printing this product, it requires the printer to reverse image one or more colors then provide a full coverage white coat behind the complete image area. Then an opaque black final coat on top of the white is necessary to provide visibility outwards through the window.
