PG-048 clear laminate is a 2.0 mil cast matte film with clear adhesive on a 74# liner. This conformable laminate provides graphic protection from UV exposure, moisture, and abrasion. This laminate is specifically engineered for full vehicle wraps, partial wraps, fleet graphics as well as long-term applications where a high-quality cast laminate is required. This is a full wrap laminate that can be used for complex curves, deep channels, rivets, and false windows on commercial vans. This laminate is a cold laminating film, however, you may use up to 115℉ (heat assist) to help the adhesive flow out in certain situations. Anything higher may cause the vinyl to stretch. Consider pairing this product with one of the following vinyl wrap films: PG-038 or PG-032.
