2.0mil Optically Clear Cast Vinyl Laminate (#424)

PG-424 optically clear laminate is a 2.0 mil cast high gloss film with clear solvent adhesive on a frosted polyester liner. This conformable laminate provides superior graphic protection from UV exposure, moisture, and abrasion. The PG-424 is designed to add protection over perforated window films like our PG-323, PG-062, PG-162, PG-072, PG-082, and PG-090. PG-424 is also an excellent choice for full vehicle wraps, partial wraps, fleet graphics as well as long-term applications where a high-quality cast laminate is required. This product works extremely well as an over-laminate for perforated vinyl, but is also great for vehicle wraps as well. If you see streaking and patterns in the laminate after application to your perforated graphics, this is likely caused by the softer cast laminate being pushed into the perforations. By using a softer edged squeegee and less pressure, you will mitigate this effect. This is normal and should clear up in a matter of days. Using low heat can help to relax the PG-424 laminate as well.
